Meatworks is a state-of-the-art, USDA-inspected multi-species meat processing facility serving cattle, hogs, sheep, and goats. It is owned and operated by The Livestock Institute of Southern New England, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to supporting livestock farmers through education and infrastructure development.

Meatworks provides high-quality, transparent processing services with:
